NYSE Euronext Prices $750M Senior Notes

NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced that it priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.80% senior notes due June 28, 2013 in the United States . NYSE Euronext intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, the repayment of existing debt.

This offering is part of NYSE Euronext's continuous review of its financial and debt policy. NYSE Euronext may from time to time determine to vary the maturity profile of its debt and diversify its sources of financing, subject to market conditions and strategic considerations. NYSE Euronext is rated AA by Standard & Poor's and A1 by Moody's Investor Services.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are Banc of America Securities LLC, Citi and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and the passive joint book-running managers are UBS Securities LLC and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC.
