Comcast.net and Comcast Email Hacked

Comcast.net and Comcast webmail accounts have been compromised after the site was hacked earlier this evening.

The site is currently displaying a message saying “This Site is Under Construction,” however, it is being widely reported that the page earlier showed messages from the hackers.

There is no information available at this time as to what damage was done or if any private information was leaked, however, I’m relieved that I have Charter.

We were hacked a few months ago, but I would think a company the size of Comcast would have some intense security measures in place.

Update: The issue seems to be solved now.
