French Open: Leander wins in doubles

Day 5 at the french Open, had mixed results for Indian tennis lovers as in Men's doubles Leander Paes partnering Lukas Dlouhy of Czech Republic beat the Thai pair of Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana 6-2, 6-4 to win the opening round.

The Lee-Lukas pair will now meet at French open the winner of the match between the Argentinian pair of Jose Acasuso and Sebastian Prieto and the German-Czech pair of Tomas Cibulec and Tomas Behrend.

However, Leander's former doubles partner Mahesh Bhupathi was not lucky in the men's doubles opening round match.

The fourth seeded Bhupathi and his Bahamian partner Mark Knowles lost to unseeded Australian Stephen Huss and Brit Ross Hutchins in straight sets 6-4, 6-4.
