The media had reports that Indiabulls Financial Services Limited may acquire a strategic stake in Blue Bird (India) Limited.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Indiabulls Financial Services Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to submit that the said article is not attributable to the Company and is denied, as already stated in the news report."
