You need the following:
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
2 medium zucchini, finely diced
1 yellow and 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped lemon pulp
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
3–4 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 pound boneless sirloin or rib eye steaks, 1 inch thick
Here’s how:
1.Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch pan.
2.For 30 seconds, saute the garlic.
3.Add the onion, the zucchini and the peppers.
4.For ten minutes, stir regularly until the veggies become crisp in appearance.
5.After that, add the lemon pulp, parsley, salt, black pepper and lemon zest.
6.Set aside it to a dish bowl.
7.Cover it to warm.
8.Now with the steak, season it with salt and pepper.
9.Cook it for at least 4-8 minutes until tender.
10.Leave it for another five minutes.
11.Eat and serve the steak with the veggies.
