CVS Pharmacy Robbery Suspect Demands Painkillers

Painkillers or your life! Apparently, this was the demand of a robbery suspect arrested after trying to hold up a CVS pharmacy Wednesday evening in the city of Santa Ana, California. The CVS robbery suspect walked into the pharmacy and told a pharmacy employee that he had a gun and demanded the powerful painkiller OxyContin.

The CVS pharmacy robbery suspect, identified as 30 year old Timothy Wade Voroshuck, jumped the counter when the employee refused to comply with his demand for the painkillers.

A struggle ensued and, ultimately, the pharmacy employee gave the robbery suspect what he thought was the painkillers. However, the pharmacy employee tricked the robbery suspect and actually gave him Tylenol instead of the painkiller OxyContin.

While the CVS robbery suspect and employee struggled, other CVS employees called 911.

Police arrived and arrested Timothy Wade Voroshuck for attempted robbery and kidnapping for the CVS pharmacy painkiller robbery. He is being held in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $145,000 bail.
