The arrest of Soulja Boy all started when a police officer got a call regarding a group of juveniles hanging out in an abandoned house. When the officer got to the house, he say noticed some women walking towards the yard of the house. The officer asked the women to stop, but they didn't, so he followed them into the yard.
At the mere sight of the police officer in the yard, about half of the approximately 40 individual's in the yard took off running, including Soulja Boy. Soulja Boy eventually returned to retrieve his Range Rover and was arrested at that point for obstruction of justice.
Deandre Cortez Way, aka Soulja Boy, was arrested and booked into jail before being released.
