Antique lovers and collectors will want to explore the 17th Annual Adirondack Mountains Antique Show in Indian Lake, N.Y. to be held in Byron Park on Saturday, September 20, 2008. The show will be the comprehensive source for rustic and camp furniture, hunting and fishing antiques, boats, taxidermy, antlers, and Native American materials.
An annual Antiques Show and Sale will also return to the Adirondack Museum on September 20 and 21, 2008 after an absence of many years. Managed by Rod Lich, Inc. of Georgetown, Indiana, the show will feature approximately forty professional antique dealers from many of the historic resort areas of the United States. Offerings will include a full range of premier antique and vintage furnishings for camp, cabin, and collection.
Shuttle buses will make the scenic 11-mile drive between the hamlets of Indian Lake and Blue Mountain Lake throughout the day on September 20 for the convenience of show patrons. Enjoy spectacular autumn foliage in comfort!
An Antiques Show Preview Party will be held in both locations on September 19, 2008. The preview parties offer a special chance to browse and shop for unique treasures before the shows open to the general public. -- www.adkmuseum.org
