Clarke Inc. acquired 2,000 shares of Amisco Industries Ltd bringing its total holdings in Amisco to 493,700 shares representing approximately 12.76% of the total outstanding shares of Amisco.
The purchase of the Amisco shares by Clarke was made through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes.
