Police in Australia say the mother of three children found dead in New South Wales's far south is being looked after by family.
A 44-year-old man was found dead in a car in the driveway of a property in Perico, west of Eden yesterday.
The bodies of an 18-month-old boy, a five-year-old girl and a seven-year-old boy were found with him.
The Department of Community Services (DOCS) has confirmed the family was known to them.
A spokeswoman from DOCS says there were reports on the family in 2005 and 2006.
Police are yet to release the identity of the victims.
