Spain Is The Winner of Euro 2008, Germany Second

The UEFA's Euro 2008 finished as the national soccer team of Spain wins 1-0 against Germany. The goal was scored on the 33rd minute of the first half and despite number of attempts Germany could never recover. Fernando Torres scored the goal and lead his team to Euro 2008 victory.

Spanish soccer players were much stronger showed a stronger football than the German players and Spain truly deserved to be the winner of Euro 2008. The coach of Spain Luis Aragones could well be considered the best coach of the tournament next to Good Hiddink that trained Russia.

Goalkeeper Iker Casillas of Spain made a history today. It is the first time in the history of UEFA and European soccer championship that the national team, who's Capitan is the goalkeeper becomes the champion of such a big international soccer tournament such as Euro 2008. Iker Casillas lead his time in a wonderful manner and accepted the trophy of Euro 2008 fromthe UEFA president Michelle Platini.

Spain waited long time to be the winner of Euro 2008 and the strike of Fernando Torres brought the victory to Spain.
