Victoria and David Beckhams Tell of LA 'Excitement'

Former SPICE GIRL VICTORIA BECKHAM - wife of the soccer star David Beckham - has spoken of her family's "excitement" about moving to the US.

Husband and soccer ace DAVID announced last week (11JAN07) he's leaving current Spanish club Real Madrid and heading to American side Los Angeles Galaxy in the summer (07).

Victoria insists the couple and their three sons can't wait to set up home in Hollywood, and she's already been scouring the neighbourhood for possible properties.

She says, "We're really excited about moving to America.

"David is really excited about his new deal too and there's things I'm working on. I have been looking at a lot of houses, and I want to make sure I pick the right one for David and the kids.

"I've seen some beautiful places, but we want somewhere that looks like a nice home."

Among the residences Victoria has visited are LIONEL RICHIE's former home and a $19.5 million (£10 million) mansion in the Hollywood Hills next door to BRITNEY SPEARS. (SH/WNTSU&WNTMI/JC) - WENN Network
