Tulsa will play in the Northeast Division with Oklahoma City, Bossier-Shreveport and Mississippi.
The Oilers will still play long-time rival Wichita 11 times and the Blazers on 10 occasions.
Dan Hodge will enter his first full season as head coach of the team and has already signed 10 players to contracts. Returning to camp are goalies Kevin St. Pierre and Guy St. Vincent, forwards Jeff Christian, Lucas Burnett and Kai Magnussen and defenseman Adam Blanchette.
Also signed are D-men Jason Lawmaster, Peter Kennedy, Benjamin Chaisson and Cody Hamilton.
Tulsa will play all 15 teams at least once and for the first time meets Arizona on Jan. 17 at the BOK Center. The Oilers will play the expansion Rapid City Rush five times. Corpus Christi is the only team that will not play in Tulsa.
