INTERNATIONAL BARYTEX RESOURCES LTD. (TSX-V: IBX) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of CoMo Investment Solutions Inc. to complement its investor relations efforts and assist with in-house communications.
The company has agreed to a 6 month contract and in consideration of the services provided, pays a monthly retainer of $4,500 to CoMo. The agreement can be terminated by the Company by providing 1 month notice.
CoMo has been granted an option to purchase up to 25,000 common shares of the Company subject to regulatory and the Company's Board of Directors approval.
