Cops Say Father Who Kidnapped Daughter May Have Tricked Them

While posing as a member of the famous Rockefeller family, police say that Clark Rockefeller snatched his little girl, Reigh Boss on Sunday. This was during a visit under the supervision of a social worker. He then took off in an SUV with an unidentified man.

On Sunday, it was reported that Rockefeller had recently acquired a 72-foot catamaran called "The Serenity”. Being a man with many aliases and having a tainted background, authorities were concerned that the Bogus “Rockefeller family member” would try to flee with his daughter using the yacht.

Source privy to the issue say that police is investigating a possible sighting of the father and his little blonde daughter at a car dealership in Smyrna, Del.It is also not very clear whether Rockefeller ever purchased a boat.

Police now say that Rockefeller may have tricked them into believing that he wanted to leave the country.

According to police, Clark Rockefeller was last seen with his daughter on Sunday being driven to New York's Grand Central Terminal. Aileen Ang of Ipswich, Mass., the woman who pocketed $500 to drive the 38-year-old divorced father and his daughter is being questioned by police.

Rockefeller’s arrest warrant was issued by Boston police on Wednesday on charges of custodial kidnapping. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon were also slapped on his head.

Rockefeller is a former director of Boston's exclusive Algonquin Club who resigned from the club in months ago.
