Osteen has already paid a $3,000 fine to the FAA. However, Victoria Osteen's attorney, Rusty Hardin, is adamantly denying the allegations though Sharon Brown, the flight attendant, alleges that Victoria shoved, grabbed, and pulled her, and in the tussle, elbowed her left breast.
Sharon Brown is suing for 10% of Victoria's Osteen's net worth.
All of this is happening over a spill on a first-class seat. Joel will testify on Victoria's behalf. I wonder, perhaps Joel should just say, "Go girl! Get your best sentence now!"

Here is the summary of the Victoria Osteen vs Sharon Brown incident described by Washington Post.
The misunderstanding occurred when the Osteens boarded the first-class cabin and Victoria Osteen noticed a liquid spill on her seat. She asked one flight attendant to clean it, but the attendant was unable to do so at the time because passengers were boarding. Osteen then asked another flight attendant. That attendant was also busy and instead gave Osteen napkins to clean it herself.
What happened next differs depending on who's telling the tale. According to two written complaints filed by the attendants to union officials, Osteen became angry and barged toward the cockpit saying that she "wanted to speak to someone in charge." One attendant tried to stop her and she pushed the attendant aside, according to the reports. A second attendant stepped forward and Osteen grabbed that attendant by the wrist and engaged in an argument outside of the cockpit.
Touching a flight attendant is a federal offense, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. Iloff said that he didn't know if Osteen had touched the attendant.
Osteen was removed from the aircraft and her husband and two children accompanied her. For nearly two hours, the flight waited at the gate as the Osteens' bags were removed. The family later took a chartered Continental flight to Vail, according to a source within the flight attendants union.
The Washington Post just now updated the story on Victoria Osteen's trial.
Brown's attorney, Reginald McKamie, said he expected to call the Osteens as witnesses during the trial.
McKamie, said he hopes the trial will show "that celebrity status doesn't take precedence."
But many of the people in the 130 member jury pool said they had been to Lakewood Church, read Joel Osteen's books and held the Osteens in high regard.
"He has gotten me through a lot of tough times. I would believe what he has to say. I have a lot of respect for him," one female juror said.
A male juror said, "I would have the tendency to believe they were telling the truth a little bit more."
The religious beliefs of some jurors came out during the selection process.
"As a Christian, I wouldn't feel it would be my place to judge them," another prospective female juror said.
Victoria Iloff Osteen (born March 29, 1961) is the co-pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, and is the wife of Joel Osteen.
She is a writer too. Victoria will release her first book in Fall of 2008 which focuses on the influence of women. According to the church's website: "this new series promises to be a resource for parents who are seeking to raise children in the knowledge of God's Word."

On the fence. I know how people can be, when it comes to frivolous lawsuits. I was married to someone who pulled lawsuits at the drop of a hat and would create a situation where there was no situation, just for the sake of trying to squeeze money from someone.
I also know that NO ONE is perfect, and no matter how close to God you are, the best you can be is human. EVERYONE is human. She may very well have lost her temper, but ASSAULT??? I think not.
And hemorhoids????? REALLY?????
