TMZ reports this morning that "Shelley Malil , actor who was featured in 'The 40 Year Old Virgin has been arrested for allegedly viciously stabbing his ex-girlfriend. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department said Shelley Malil was taken into custody in connection with the attack that left the woman in critical condition."
Shelley Malil is also known for his bit in the Budweiser “What are you doing? Wassup” beer commercials.
Malil was arrested yesterday at an Amtrak station in San Diego.
