For the 27-year-old Steinbacher, her breakthrough came in March 2004 when she stood in for Kyung-Wha Chung to perform with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France under Sir Neville Marriner.
Rossen Milanov is the Associate Conductor of The Philadelphia Orchestra and Artistic Director of The Philadelphia Orchestra at The Mann Center for the Performing Arts. He also serves as Chief Conductor of the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony.
Also in this performance: Bernstein’s On the Town, which has enjoyed a number of revivals worldwide since its 1944 premiere and has been made into a successful film, thanks in part to his memorable scoring.
