The Aimat is not the camera to take on your next vacation; especially if you are flying. The Aimat is however the ultimate point-and-shoot digital camera. It is a point-and-shoot camera gun.
While the Aimat may not make it through airport security, the shape of the camera gun will get you some attention. The toy gun shaped digital camera, was created by designer Franziska Dierschke.
The design of the Aimat has the lens of the digial camera in the barrel of the gun. The camera seems simple to use. Just point and squeeze the trigger to take a picture.
It does not have many of the features as most digital point-and-shoot cameras do. Features such as a zoom lens are not available and the scope on the end of the barrel works as the viewfinder.
The camera gun is only a concept camera, similar to the Nova. Still the Aimat is an interest concept of what it really means to shot a point-and-shoot digital camera.
