Oh, Google has served up a Christmas wish for many with today's Google Holiday doodle. Who would not want to escape the mad rush of this time of year and spend some quiet time at the lake cabin?
Each year Google celebrates the Christmas Holiday season with a new series of holiday doodles. The theme for this year's holiday doodle series is postcards from different parts of the world all sending "Happy Holidays from Google!" wishes covering the Google logo.
The first day was of a tropical paradise creating the dream of waiting for Santa with the toes in the sand. Yesterday's Google holiday doodle sent holiday wishes with three snowmen in a winter wonderland. This location could possibly be the northeastern part of the United States after the blizzard that just went through.
Today is the third day of Google's Holiday series for 2009 and Google is sending their holiday wishes from the cabin by the lake. What a perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing Christmas. Sitting on the dock, sipping hot cocoa and listening to the bullfrogs sing holiday carols.
The cabin is lit with Christmas lights and the boat is ready for a stroll around the lake. The woods transform into Christmas trees all covered in lights. Snow-capped mountains give the trees a beautiful background completes Google's Holiday doodle postcard. No cabin fever with this Google doodle.
