Taberna del Alabardero invites guests to celebrate the peak of Spain’s fishing and seafood season with its annual Simply Seafood menu, featuring an array of fresh, wild-caught seafood. For the month of November, patrons will be treated to Executive Chef Dani Arana’s dishes featuring an array of the season’s best catches, which the restaurant will be flying in daily.

This all-seafood menu will be offered for lunch and dinner in lieu of the regular menu; however, beef, poultry, paella and vegetarian dishes will also be available upon request. “At Taberna we love being able to share the best of Spain’s culture with our guests,” said General Manager Paco Pena. “Seafood is a huge part of the lifestyle and cuisine and I’m glad we are able to dedicate an entire month to showcasing this for our guests.”

Menu highlights include Arugula and Dry Cured Tuna Loin Salad; Traditional Fish and Shellfish Soup; Creamy Rice with Truffle flavors, Grilled Lobster and Water Cress Sprouts; Octopus Sautéed in Lemon and Thyme served with Potatoes Mousse and Caramelized Onions; Napoleon of Arctic Char and Crab with Fennel and Red Beet Puree; Scallops over, Smoked Potatoes Puree and Crispy Jamón Iberico; Grilled Langoustine over a bed of Seasonal Wild Mushroom; Marinated Swordfish - Spanish Style - with Quinoa, Mint and Lemon Soup; and many more.
