Of course, these companies don't guarantee you will get a job, but they are currently hiring. However, feedback hasn't been especially positive when this list was disclosed on the Careerbuilder.com site. Many commented that they had indeed applied for a job with some of these companies and never heard back from them.
There are likely far more applicants than jobs available, but it's worth applying for the jobs you are qualified for just in case your application gets noticed. A seasonal job won't solve anyone's financial issues if they've been searching for full-time employment, but every little bit helps.
