Justin Timberlake Ordered into Court by Judge

Justin Timberlake has been ordered to show up in court by L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Cunningham. It looks like Justin Timberlake needs to appear in person to make his his case against Karen McNeil. Timberlake file a restraining order against her in late October.

On October 20, 2009, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham III granted the singer a temporary restraining order against alleged stalker, Karen J. McNeil, 48.

Timberlake's attorney, Evan Spiegel, described McNeil in court filings as a "mentally unstable celebrity stalker." Karen McNeil has come to Justin Timberlake's Los Angeles house on several occasions.

Legal documents show that McNeil has made claims that she's "god." She reportedly said the reason why she went stalking Timberlake is because they were called to ruled together. She went on to say that she's in danger of "Babylon witches" seeking to cast an evil spell on her.

Timberlake's legal teams describes McNeil as an, "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [Timberlake] does not personally know."

Justin Timberlake is currently out of town filming a movie and has a contract requiring him to be elsewhere. The judge did not seem to care about Timberlake's commitments and made it clear to Timberlake's attorney, Marty Singer, that he should make sure Justin was available. Court resumes at 1:30pm PST.
