Details of Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegran New Pre-Nup Emerge

The original pre-nuptial agreement between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren has been ripped up. Prior to all of the controversy about Golf great Tiger Woods started, the document had Elin receiving a paltry $20 million if she remained married to Woods for a decade. Woods is reportedly worth $1 billion and in light of the fact that he has revealed that he has been unfaithful during his five year marriage, the new pre-nup is being reworked in Elin's favor.

New details of the revised pre-nuptial agreement between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are emerging slowly. The Daily Beast reported that it had a reputable yet unnamed source who revealed that Woods agreed to an immediately transfer of $5 million into Nordegren's personal account.

In addition, if Nordegren agrees to stay with Tiger Woods for two years, she will now receive an additional $55 million. The couple have two young children -- Sam Alexis born in 2007 and Charlie Axel born in 2009.

Tiger and Elin own a $2.6 million home in Florida, a 155-foot $22 million yacht and a $39 million mansion on Jupiter Island.

Tiger Woods and his wife are staying in their home, away from the public eye. He has made a public statement about his infidelity and asked to be given privacy. This is hardly feasible with any celebrity and sadly, paparazzi are offering $250,000 for a single picture of Nordegren with the two young Woods children, and as much as $100,000 for a tip that leads to a successful photo.
