Tiger Woods Scandal: Jamiee Grubbs apologizes to Elin Nordegren

In the ongoing Tiger Woods scandal, alleged mistress Jamiee Grubbs publicly apologized to Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren. Grubbs, 24, appeared on EXTRA to say she's sorry for hurting Elin and her family. One of the approximately 11 alleged mistresses, Grubbs is a cocktail waitress and cast member of VH1's Tool Academy who claims that she has been involved with Tiger Woods for three years.

Rachel Uchitel, Kalika Moquin, Jamie Jungers and Jaimee Grubbs are just a few of the names that are making their way around the publicity circuit. Grubbs is the first to apologize to Elin Nordegren and it was probably a good move on her part. Genuine or not, she comes out looking like the compassionate one in this whirlwind of women in Tiger's complex social life.

"I couldn't describe how remorseful that I am to have hurt her family," Grubbs told EXTRA. "I can't say that I would ever go back to him ... I would definitely have a relationship with him whether it was friends or just to have him in my life ... But as far as going back to him emotionally like I was – I don't know if I can put myself through that again."

The apology is, at best, a statement that anyone who wanted to make themselves appear to have regret for being a part of the upheaval of a marriage and a family. Grubbs floundered a bit after giving a brief one line apology and then speaking about a potential relationship with Woods in the future. Perhaps a bit more time -- maybe two sentences -- would have sounded a bit more remorseful.

Jamiee Grubbs revealed that she and Woods have slept together some 20 times, and that she has voice mails from him to prove it. Anyone who was that remorseful would not feel the need to prove that there were hundreds of texts between the two during the infidelities. Selling out to tabloid magazines wasn't clearing Jamiee Grubbs conscience or showing her 'remorse'.

More apologies from the long list of Tiger Woods' women are sure to be forthcoming. It's more than likely that the tabloids are paying big money for hurtful text messages and heartfelt apologies, so the mistresses should be stepping forward soon.
