Tiger Woods' high school girlfriend revealed to People that Tiger used to complain about his father being with "another woman." Dina Parr, who dated Tiger during high school and into his freshman year in college, revealed that Tiger talked openly about his parent's marriage and his disappointments.
Tiger's father, Earl Dennison Woods, who died in 2006, was an athlete and a US Army infantry officer. His first marriage to Barbara Woods Gary in 1954 ended in divorce in 1968. He had three children from that marriage: Earl Dennison Jr., Kevin Dale, and Royce Renee.
His second marriage in 1969 to Kultida "Tida" Woods happened in Brooklyn, New York. She gave birth to Woods'fourth child, Eldrick on December 30, 1975. His nickname, "Tiger", came from Earl Woods' friendship with Colonel Vuong Dang "Tiger" Phong, of the Vietnamese Army.
In an exclusive interview with E! News, Tiger Woods' high school girlfriend, Dina Parr, revealed that Woods would call her from the road during the summer to talk about his parents' relationship.
"He would just call crying and say, 'My dad is with another woman,' and that would be all he could say," she says. "He would be so upset, so I just tried to be there for him and listen to him ... He loved his father ... I know that was the one thing about his dad that he could never get over. So yeah, it's interesting that it's turned out that he's doing the same thing."
Tiger has recently admitted to his 'transgression' when it comes to his own infidelity in his marriage to Elin Nordegren. It has been alleged that he has had affairs with a dozen or more women.
