ABC's hit reality series, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" always has a touching story to tell but the next episode will certainly be one that will feature a family who really deserves the special attention. On Sunday night, January 31, a 37-year-old mother of 3 and team captain for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life will tell her story. Tricia Creasey is battling Stage 4 colon cancer.

Tricia Creasey and her family will get a new house as well as a very special Relay For Life event held during construction on Sunday's Extreme Home Makeover: Home Edition.

What is Relay for Life?

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.

At the Relay, teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path.

Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Because cancer never sleeps, Relays are overnight events up to 24 hours in length.
