Rob Zombie Trivia: Rob Zombie was born Robert Bartleh Cummings in 1965. His wife Sheri Moon frequently stars in his horror movies, including Halloween II, and the new animated film, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto. Zombie took the Filmmaker of the Year title for the Chiller-Eyegore Awards on October 3rd, 2009. Apparently, Zombie loves candy corn. "Candy corn is my favorite," Zombie said. "Usually I open the bag in the car, in the parking lot. . . . By the time I get home, I'm disgusted with myself for eating it. My days of gorging on Halloween candy are long gone," says The Plain Dealer.
Variety Magazine recently announced the weekend before the release of 'Halloween II' that Zombie will be directing a remake of the 1950s/1980s films 'The Blob'" according to Wikipedia. 'The Blob' will take its place among his other horror flicks; House of 1000 Corpses, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto and The Devil's Rejects.

Halloween II - Zombie's newly released Halloween II has his wife Sheri Moon acting the part of Deborah Myers, with Tyler Mane reprising the character of Michael Myers. Halloween II opened in US theaters on August 28th, 2009. It's Rated R for strong disturbing graphic images and many other horrific scenes. Definitely not a kids movie. Raters' reviews are strong - love it, or hate it. "Halloween grossed over $78 million, Zombie's biggest hit yet and the highest grossing "Halloween" film of all time," says Wikipedia.
The Haunted World of El Superbeasto - Based upon Rob Zombie's comic books, his new animated film follows The Adventures of El Super Beasto. Rated R for strong content throughout, graphics, language, violence and gore. Big name celebrities voice the animated characters with; Rosario Dawson, Danny Trejo, Sheri Moon Zombie, Paul Giamatti and Clint Howard. Another love-it-or-hate-it film as rated by fans and movie goers. Although a cartoon animation, this film is not appropriate for children, or most adults for that matter.
Zombie said his upcoming "Hellbilly Deluxe 2" tour would feature old favorites, as well as newer songs and songs that Zombie says he's "never even played live" before.
