Today Show's Favorite Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipes are Online

Thanksgiving Turkey with Stuffing

Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs, food52 food writers, shared two Thanksgiving stuffings for the holiday turkey on The Today Show set. Vegetarian Challah, Mushroom and Celery Stuffing, and Ciabatta Stuffing with Chorizo, Sweet Potato and Mushrooms, were made and enjoyed with the crew of the popular morning show. Free printable stuffing recipes can be found online.

With less than 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, food52, the recently launched online site for gourmet foodies, is in the holiday mode, as is most of the country. Hesser and Stubbs are cranking out the Thanksgiving recipes, telling people how simple and easy Thanksgiving preparations can be with a little advanced planning.
