Gleeks love social media, so much so that Twitter has seen over 10,000 Tweets in the last few hours. The UK is apparently just as excited to be watching Glee as the U.S. is. The first season of Glee is currently being broadcast in the UK on Monday at 9pm.
The first season of Glee has 22 episodes. The pilot episode was first broadcast on May 19, 2009, and will return on Fox with new Glee episodes on April 13th at 9:00pm in the U.S. Glee was an instant success and as a result, it was announced on January 11, 2010, that Fox has a second season of the show planned. Glee is about a high school show choir set at the fictional McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.
