7 Foot Network's Super Bowl Chicken Wings

  • Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings
  • Bobby Flay's Hot Wings with Blue Cheese-Yogurt Sauce
  • Paula Deen's Uncle Bubba's Wings
  • Emeril Lagasse's Grilled Vietnamese-Style Chicken Wings
  • The Neelys' Spicy Fried Wings
  • Guy Fieri's Tequila-Lime Wings
  • Sunny Anderson's Caribbean Chicken Wings

Easy Crock Pot Teriyaki Kielbasa

  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Tamari
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly minced ginger root
  • 2 pounds cooked turkey or Polska Kielbasa

Directions:

  1. Cut Kielbasa into 1 inch slices or chunks.
  2. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a crock pot, then add Kielbasa.
  3. Cook on medium setting for 4-5 hours, or until piping hot.
  4. Serve on skewers or with toothpicks. Careful, the sauce is extra hot and will burn your skin.

Touchdown Taco Salad for a Crowd

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 1 - 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 - 15 ounce can black beans, drained
  • 12 cups Romaine lettuce or Iceberg, roughly 3 heads
  • 2 - 15 ounce cans black olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup green chilis, chopped
  • 1 - 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 - 16 ounce jar salsa
  • 1 pound bag tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a fying pan until cooked and no pink remains.
  2. Drain off fat and stir in taco seasoning. Set aside to cool.
  3. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  4. Pour salsa over the top and mix in.
  5. Just before serving, stir in cool hamburger and tortilla chips.
  6. Serves 16-20 as a salad. Serves 12 as a main dish.

I'm looking for a link to Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings recipe. I saw him prepare them once on Good Eats, but I didn't think to write down the recipe at the time. My google search didn't turn up anything, I wonder if anyone has the recipe and could they post it.
