A new team of three International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors arrived in Iran.
Iran's Fars news agency has quoted unnamed officials as saying that the three IAEA inspectors arrived on January 27 and will check the uranium-conversion plant in Isfahan in central Iran, the neighboring enrichment plant of Natanz, and the heavy-water reactor built in Arak.
Earlier this month, Iran barred 38 IAEA inspectors from coming to Iran but stressed the ban would neither affect cooperation with the IAEA nor IAEA inspections.
