Women's Rights Activists Released In Iran

Three Iranian women's rights activists and journalists have been released from detention, Radio Farda reports.

Talat Taghinia, Mansoureh Shojaie, and Farnaz Seify were arrested at Tehran's airport on January 27 as they were about to fly to India to take part in a workshop.

After the arrests, security forces took the three women to their homes and confiscated personal belongings, including computers.

They were freed on January 28. The charges against them are unclear.
