China, Russia Named Worst For Business Piracy

A group of global business leaders has accused China and Russia of being the worst countries for business piracy and counterfeiting.

A new report unveiled today by the International Chamber of Commerce cited lax government enforcement as the primary cause of intellectual property theft.

The United Nations says counterfeiting and piracy exact costs exceeding $100 billion a year.
