
Renault UK continues to analyse any new cases of customers reporting their Clio II bonnet opening whilst driving. However, no defect has been found in any of the cases.
Renault UK would like to reassure our customers that their safety is of paramount importance to us and that any complaint received is taken very seriously.
We are concerned to hear that Watchdog has received some additional contact from customers reporting that their Clio II bonnet has opened whilst driving.
Therefore, Renault UK would like to ask those customers who have experienced the bonnet of their Clio II opening whilst driving and where the vehicle has not yet been repaired, to contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible so we may analyse the case - Renault.
