The celebration will be flanked by three 1,000 pound pumpkins being shipped in from Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Wisconsin. Can you imagine how big a thousand pound pumpkin is?
The children, aged 6 to 14 years old, will be entertained by Star Wars characters, snow globe fairies, bubble makers, and wandering trees.
The treats will include White House M & Ms, dried fruit, and a White House sweet dough butter cookie baked by White House Pastry Chef Bill Yosses.
There is still no word on what Sasha and Malia will be wearing, and of course everyone wants to know now, if President Obama and/or First Lady Michelle will be in costume. Michelle had previously said that the girls' costumes is a big secret that will be revealed tonight.
