E! Reality starKhloe Kardashian and her Los Angeles Lakers husband Lamar Odom made a trip to Washington D.C. on Tuesday. The couple made the presidential trek to celebrate the Lakers’ 2009 NBA Championship with President Barack Obama.
“Such an amazing day!” Khloe tweeted from her home page. “I just met Obama with [Lamar]!” Later tweeting, “It was actually so surreal.”
The NBA Champions have an annual tradition of gathering at the White House for a congratulatory meeting. The annual tradition following the NBA Championship has been carried out by Presidents in the past with President Bill Clinton and President George W. Bush inviting the winning teams to Capitol Hill in the past.
According to White House reports, Khloe Kardashian was originally placed in the middle of the seated room until a White House aide had her bumped up to the front row.
