'Miss Me Yet Billboard' owner MIA

A billboard popped up on the sidelines of Minnesota highways and has left locals and onlookers nationwide a bit confused. The billboard, features the former Mr. President George W. Bush next to the words "Miss Me Yet?" on the billboard's face.

While pictures of the billboard were circulated online and via email, a radio interview from National Public Radio (NPR) confirmed the billboard did really exist along with the side of Interstate 35 outside Wyoming, Minnesota.

Locals swear it's not a photoshopped picture and are scrambling on a mission to determine who propped up the funds to pay for the billboard and what it means.

Online searches for pictures of the billboard have raced across the internet Monday and Tuesday, both sides debating whether the oversized sign is mocking Obama's approval waiting or a "reminder of Bush's unpopularity", according to FOX News.

While no one has claimed the billboard as their own, local reporters are delving deep into the investigation to seek the source behind the sign.
