Your 'American Idol' 2011 Albums Christmas Shopping List

Just in time for your last-minute Christmas shopping, that time when you are trying to find stocking stuffers and that little something extra, here's a list of some of the albums released by "American Idol" finalists in 2011. A number of the Idols put out new material this year, and not just those from the latest completed season (Season 10).

Releases are listed from most recent to earliest:

Daughtry: Break The Spell -- Featuring the singles "Renegade" and "Crawling Back To You," Daughtry released their third studio album on Nov. 21. And just like the preceding two albums, Chris Daughtry (Season 5, fourth place) is sure to see his third offering go platinum.

James Durbin: Memories of a Beautiful Disaster -- The Season 10 finalist -- who also finished fourth -- went head-to-head with Daughtry, releasing his first album on the same day as the now veteran rockers. His album features the singles "Stand Up" and "Love Me Bad."

Kelly Clarkson: Stronger -- Released on Oct. 24, she says it is her best album yet and her fifth album debuted strong at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. It had help from the Top 10 single, "Mr. Know It All." The Season 1 winner is hoping Stronger becomes her third platinum album, her first since her sophomore collection, Breakaway, hit the mark six times over.

Lauren Alaina: Wildflower -- The Season 10 runner-up released her first album on Oct. 11. It debated at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, hot on the heels of runaway country-star-in-the-making Scotty McCreery's first release the week before. The album features the hits "Georgia Peaches" and "Like My Mother Does."

Scotty McCreery: Clear As Day -- The winner of "American Idol" Season 10 is quickly setting a pace to follow in Carrie Underwood's footsteps. The album, released on Oct. 4, debuted in the No. 1 position on the Billboard 200 (making McCreery the youngest artist to do so with a debut album in the Nielsen SoundScan Era). The album is fast approaching the 700,000 sales mark.

David Cook: This Loud Morning -- After a long, long wait for the Season 7 winner's sophomore album, he finally dropped it on June 28. The album debuted at No. 7, but has seen disappointing sales to date. "The Last Goodbye" and "Fade Into Me" are the first two singles from the set.

Jennifer Hudson: I Remember Me -- The Oscar-winner released her much anticipated second album on March 22. The newly reconfigured star (courtesy of Weight Watchers), who finished seventh in Season 3, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The album features the singles "Where You At," the title track, and "I Got This."

For those looking for a Christmas album dedicated to songs of the season, no Idol released one this year (although everybody keeps pushing for Carrie Underwood's first Christmas offering), although several seasonal singles, like Season 10's Haley Reinhart and Casey Abrams' "Baby, It's Cold Outside," were released. However, Season 8 runner-up David Archuleta was featured on an album from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Glad Christmas Tidings, which was released on Sept. 6. The soon-to-be 21-year-old heartthrob (Dec. 28) is featured on six songs. The album peaked at No. 39.
