Dedicated Webmaster's Good Will Helps Huliq To Grow

Social news media and citizen journalism make new inroads each day. Bloggers, citizen journalists and the members of the public worldwide help social news sites and HULIQ.COM to report the news as it happens and share the knowledge with the rest of the world.

However, when you start small with a minimal budget, it is with the help of dedicated members and webmasters that one grows becoming a leader in its industry.

Today HULIQ says thank you to our friend and webmaster Jeff Burns from Sweden who has been with HULIQ from the very beginning and has contributed enormously to HULIQ'S growth.

Jeff, originally from New Zealand and now living in Malmö, Sweden, has believed in the idea of citizen journalism and in the vision of HULIQ from the very beginning and has gone to great lengths to provide the best friendly service to our news project.

"I like that the site is very simple, that anyone can use it - both to read and submit news content, there is no difficulty to use menus or navigation, just simple systems that work," says Jeff.

Recently Jeff helped HULIQ to go mobile and make news submission and commenting available from mobile and hand-held devices.

When we asked Jeff what has been the most important achievement for you in regard to HULIQ he says "for me one of my favourite things is that we have kept the site spam free and I think thats worth reflecting on, for both HULIQ and the users" told us Jeff in an interview conducted over MSN Messenger.

Jeff Burns now lives in Malmö with his Swedish partner and has a german shepard dog and enjoys nature, walks and good food... He works as a drupal developer at SiteSpring.eu and loves to help people, believing in community service.
