New York Rep. Vito J. Fossella, who represents the 13th Congressional District, is having a bad week for being arrested for drunk driving and having an extramarital affair with Laura Fay. The 43 year old was arrested for DUI on May 1st, in Alexandria Virginia as reported by The New York Times.
