I will have to close my practice this year because of progressive decline in payments. 4 years of medical school, 3 years residency and 15 years in practice....all gone. Thanks alot Congress/Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance Co./private patients who will not pay their bills.

How are they possibly going to have a "national healthcare plan" without physicians? I know. Nurse Practitioners!. You get what you pay for!!
