On July 14 the Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian met with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice discussing of further developing the relationship between Armenia and USA and asserting that the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict that involves Azerbaijan can be only achieved through peace negotiations and not by force.
