Barack Obama shows a good sign of ethical performance in taking responsibility on the nomination of Tom Daschle and his withdrawal over the tax return issue.
The president conceded that it's his fault and while it was Daschle's decision to quit he also took the blame on his own shoulders. Obama tell K. Couric that he was eager to move on with the health reform. He honestly said "I think I messed up, I screwed up."
Isn't it good to have a president that has no problem of acknowledging mistakes, taking responsibility for them and what seems to be doing the right thing?
