Despite many stories on the Internet on Thursday, John Kerry's daughter, Alexandra was not arrested on a DUI charge, but for the suspicion of driving under the influence. Alexandra Kerry, 36, was arrested in Los Angeles early Thursday morning and released at 5:25 a.m. after posting $5,000 bail, according to police records. She was not pulled over for drunk driving as reported on many websites.
