T-Mobile USA, Inc. and SunCom Wireless Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TPC) announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement for the acquisition by T-Mobile USA of all of the outstanding shares of common stock of SunCom, for an aggregate of approximately $2.4 billion in cash and assumed debt.

IBM today announced it has completed its acquisition of Princeton Softech Inc., a privately held company based in Princeton, New Jersey.

IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has completed its acquisition of DataMirror Corporation (TSX: DMC), a publicly held company based in based in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

GE Antares Capital today it served as administrative agent for a $61 million senior secured credit facility to support Nautic Partners’ acquisition of Prince Sports in partnership with Prince’s management. Motorola, Inc. has completed the acquisition of privately-held Leapstone Systems, Inc. Leapstone is a leading communications software developer that provides a unified platform for rapidly creating, managing and delivering converged video, voice and data service bundles across multiple networks and devices. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GE Antares Capital announced it closed a transaction as administrative agent for a $145 million senior credit facility. The financing supports a dividend recapitalization and the acquisition of Design Packaging, Inc. by Tharco Containers, Inc., a portfolio company of Tricor Pacific Capital.

RSA, The Security Division of EMC announced its intent to acquire Tablus Inc., a leading provider of data loss prevention solutions based in San Mateo, California. Tablus is privately-held; further details of the transaction are not being disclosed.

SiRF Technology Holdings, Inc. a leading provider of GPS-enabled silicon and premium software location platforms, has completed its acquisition of Centrality Communications Inc., a privately held developer of navigation processor solutions for mobile navigation devices based in Redwood City, Calif.

Harmonic Inc. has completed the acquisition of Rhozet Corporation, a privately-held company based in Santa Clara, California. The acquisition closed effective July 31, 2007.
