Last night on "VH1 Divas", Paula Abdul had some fun imitating her replacement on American Idol, Ellen DeGeneres. Abdul dressed up in Ellen's typical Keds and suit jacket and put on a blonde shag wig. With good humor, she danced, posing as Ellen, then wished Ellen the best of luck with "American Idol."

Admittedly, this is certainly not an announcement we were expecting. What can you say, however? After all, Ellen DeGeneres is doing makeup commercials, as well, so why can't she be a judge on "American Idol?"

A man has been arrested in the hit-and-run death of two-time former American Idol contestant Alexis Cohen. Daniel Bark, 23, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sunday in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, and is being held in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.

Alexis Cohen, who auditioned unsuccessfully for "American Idol" in 2008 and 2009 has been found dead. She was 25.
