NYSE Euronext and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange announce a new step forward in their cooperation with Euronext markets' adoption of the SAGE (Systeme d'Admission et de Gestion Electronique) services and functions already used by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the listing of corporate debt issues.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) today reported net income of $643 million, or $2.70 per diluted share, for the year ended Dec. 31, 2007, a $438 million, or 214%, increase as compared to net income of $205 million, or $1.36 per diluted share, for the year ended Dec. 31, 2006.

On 31 March 2008, Liffe – NYSE Euronext’s derivatives business, which includes the Amsterdam market – will start listing daily options on the AEX index.

Liffe1 announces the launch of Single Stock Futures on Banco Espírito Santo (BES)2 and Jerónimo Martins3 on the Lisbon derivatives market. The new SSFs will be available for trading from 19th December 2007.

The Russian Railway Company is all set to launch direct traffic from Moscow to Munich in Germany and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, however the fare will be only slightly less compared to those of air tickets.

Liffe announced a major expansion of its Bclear service with the listing of flexible Individual Equity Options contracts and flexible Universal Stock Futures (USFs) on Russian Depositary Receipts as well as flexible USFs on Czech, Hungarian and Polish securities. The new listings will encompass 14 USFs and 3 Individual Equity Options on Russian Depositary Receipts and 31 USFs on Czech, Hungarian and Polish underlyings.

The company placed 663,482 shares to raise a total of €11.62 million. On the basis of the reference price of €17.52, the market capitalization of Mindscape stands at €59.2 million.
