Microsoft has issued a summons against a Dutch woman who developed an anti-chat program.

Robert Alan Soloway, 27 year old, the world's biggest e-mail spammer is arrested. He was arrested for mail fraud, wire fraud, e-mail fraud, identity theft and money laundering.
