Black Friday is in its full swing as holiday shoppers rush Apple Store, Staples, Walmart.com, Best buy and other online and offline retailers to get the early and best Black Friday deals on technology and other goods.

The idea was great; the resulting application (NetShare) good enough to make the App Store cut, but then someone at Apple remembered their partner (AT&T) and the app has disappeared from the store.

Sometimes it seems like we are getting shafted here in Canada. What do I mean? Well there is some difference between the Canadian App store and the US App store. The US one has more apps available.

Apple® will open its newest retail store on West 14th Street in New York’s Meatpacking District on Friday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m. EST. The Apple Store West 14th Street is Apple’s first three-story store with two floors dedicated to products and a third dedicated to services, including a 46-foot Genius Bar and specially designed areas for workshops and personal training.
